Purchase procedure and instalment schedule
- meeting with the internal sales agent and selecting the apartment
- within 14 days after signing a Reservation Contract, the Future Purchase Contract will be signed and an instalment 18% of the apartment's price becomes due
- upon completion of the foundation slab — payment of the next instalment of 20% of the apartment's price
- following the geodetic survey and registration of the structure (still under construction) in the deed-of-ownership
- payment of the next instalment amounting 30% of the apartment price
- after the final building approval becomes effective: signing of the purchase contract and payment of the remaining 30% instalment
- hand-over of the apartment
